1. Overview

GrowthMom is an AI-first operator for your business, operated from France. The service connects to the tools you already use, surfaces what matters, and takes work on your behalf with your sign-off. By using GrowthMom you agree to these terms. If you disagree, you may not use the service.

2. Definitions

"Service" means GrowthMom, including the dashboard, the per-user sandbox, the operator agent, and connected integrations.
"You," "your" means the individual or entity using the service.
"Operator" means the AI agent running inside your sandbox.
"Sandbox" means the isolated compute environment provisioned for your account (powered by E2B), where your files, conversations and memory live.
"Connected tool" means a third-party service (Gmail, Stripe, Linear, and so on) you authorise the operator to read from and act through.
"Action" means anything the operator does that changes state outside the sandbox: sending an email, creating an issue, posting a message, charging a card.

3. Account registration

To use GrowthMom you must create an account with accurate information, using Google sign-in or a magic link. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. What the service does

GrowthMom provides:

A per-user sandbox running an AI operator
OAuth connections to 200+ third-party services via our integration partner Composio
Routing to multiple large language model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Moonshot AI, Mistral, Z.AI and others) through an AI gateway
A persistent memory the operator can read and write, that you can also read and edit
Optional scheduled tasks and proactive alerts

The service is in active development. Features, models available, and pricing may change. We will give you reasonable notice for material changes that affect you.

5. Your sandbox

Every account is provisioned with its own isolated sandbox. Files, conversations and the memory file live inside that sandbox. Sandboxes auto-pause after a period of inactivity to keep costs low and resume when you next interact with the operator.

We retain administrative access to sandboxes to provide the service, fix bugs, respond to support requests and enforce these terms. We do not use the contents of your sandbox to train AI models.

6. Connected tools and your tokens

OAuth tokens for third-party services are stored and refreshed by Composio, not on our application servers. You may connect or disconnect a tool at any time from the Connections page. Disconnecting revokes our access to that tool going forward.

When you authorise the operator to read or act through a connected tool, you are also bound by that provider's terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of GrowthMom is consistent with those terms.

7. Actions and human approval

The operator is designed to surface what matters and propose work, with your sign-off for actions that change state outside the sandbox. You remain responsible for any action you approve. Emails sent, payments captured, tickets created, messages posted: these are your actions, executed on your behalf through credentials you provided.

You agree to review proposed actions before approving them and to use the service in a way that complies with applicable law and the policies of the connected tools.

8. AI-generated content

The operator's reasoning, drafts, summaries and recommendations are produced by third-party large language models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased or out of date. We do not guarantee accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

You may choose the model used for a given task. Each model provider has its own data processing terms, which apply to data routed through it.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud or harm others
Attempt to access another user's sandbox or data
Reverse engineer the service, probe its security, or interfere with its operation
Connect tools you are not authorised to use
Use the operator to spam, scrape at scale, or violate any connected tool's terms
Share account credentials, or resell the service as your own

10. Intellectual property

The service, including the dashboard, the agent's prompt and skill library, and the underlying software, is owned by GrowthMom. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your business.

You own the files, memory and content you create inside your sandbox, and the work product the operator produces for you, subject to the licences of any third-party models and data sources used to generate them.

11. Payment and billing

GrowthMom is offered on a subscription and pay-as-you-go basis. Fees are displayed in the dashboard. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are in Euros unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Pay-as-you-go balances are spent against your actual model and infrastructure usage.

12. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. The service depends on third parties (Supabase, Stripe, Composio, E2B, AI providers, Google) and is subject to their availability. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by third-party outages.

13. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past twelve months.

14. Account termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your sandbox and associated data are deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

15. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris.
